Custom-made glass items, which comprise most of our products, are not eligible for refunds or store credit. In certain cases, we may be able to resize larger items for a cutting fee, determined at the manager's discretion.Do you require a deposit?
Typically, we require a 50% deposit at the time of order placement for most transactions.What types of payment options do you offer?
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards in-store. For installations or deliveries, check payment is preferred, though other methods are accepted. We also offer charge accounts to frequent customers with good credit history.What is your service area?
Our primary service area includes Lawrence County, Tennessee and its neighboring counties, with some exceptions possible.When can I expect my glass?
Lead times vary by product type. Flat plate glass and mirrors may be ready in 2 hours to 3 days, while tempered glass, shower doors, and insulated glass typically take 2 weeks. Tempered insulated glass requires 2.5 to 3 weeks, and beveled mirrors need 4-6 weeks. Custom framing usually takes 1-2 weeks, while commercial storefront timelines vary.
