  • What are your store hours?

    Our business operates from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • How much experience do you have?

    We've been in business since 1992, and our team collectively possesses over 100 years of industry experience.
  • Do you sell auto glass?

    We don't offer auto glass. Our focus is on flat glass and related products, allowing us to maintain specialized expertise in this area.
  • What is your return policy?

    Custom-made glass items, which comprise most of our products, are not eligible for refunds or store credit. In certain cases, we may be able to resize larger items for a cutting fee, determined at the manager's discretion.
  • Do you require a deposit?

    Typically, we require a 50% deposit at the time of order placement for most transactions.
  • What types of payment options do you offer?

    We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards in-store. For installations or deliveries, check payment is preferred, though other methods are accepted. We also offer charge accounts to frequent customers with good credit history.
  • What is your service area?

    Our primary service area includes Lawrence County, Tennessee and its neighboring counties, with some exceptions possible.
  • When can I expect my glass?

    Lead times vary by product type. Flat plate glass and mirrors may be ready in 2 hours to 3 days, while tempered glass, shower doors, and insulated glass typically take 2 weeks. Tempered insulated glass requires 2.5 to 3 weeks, and beveled mirrors need 4-6 weeks. Custom framing usually takes 1-2 weeks, while commercial storefront timelines vary.
