We are open from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm , Monday through Friday.

We opened our doors in 1992 and our employees have over 40 years of combined experience.
Do you sell auto glass?
No, we specialize in flat glass and everything that goes with it. This helps us to be more knowledgeable about our products.
What is your return policy?
All glass that is custom made, as most is, will not be accepted for refund or store credit. In some cases if the item is too large we may be able to cut it down for you, but it will be subject to a cutting fee that is charged at the discretion of the manager.
Do you require a deposit?
In most situations a 50% deposit is required and should be paid at the time the order is placed.
What types of payment options do you offer?
Cash, check and all major credit cards are always accepted at the store. If you are making a payment upon installation or delivery it is best to pay with check, but other forms of payment will be accepted. We also offer charge accounts to some customers that use our services frequently and have a good credit history.
What is your service area?
Generally we service Lawrence county, Tennessee and the surrounding counties, however some exceptions may apply.
When can I expect my glass?
Lead times differ based upon the type of product that was ordered. The following is a list of products and their lead times:
Flat plate glass – 2 hrs to 3 days
Tempered glass – 2 weeks
Shower doors – 2 weeks
Insulated glass – 2 weeks
Tempered insulated glass – 2-1/2 to 3 weeks
Beveled mirrors – 2 weeks
Flat mirrors – 2 hrs to 3 days
In–stock Acrylic/polycarbonate – 2 hrs to 2days
Special order Acrylic/polycarbonate – varies
Custom picture framing – 1 to 2 weeks
Commercial Storefront – Varies
Please note that these are just estimates. Because our product is custom, their are NO standard lead times. The best way to get an accurate lead time is by talking to a representative about the time frame of a specific product.
